Need New DVD, Please Help. (1 Viewer)

My dvd player bit the bullet tonight, and since it's Christmas time, I don't have a whole heck of a lot to drop on a new one.

Can anybody please give me some recommendations on a good or at least decent player that won't break the bank?

The two that I've been considering so far is the Denon 1910 and the Pioneer 578A.

Those are both more than decent players. I am at a loss for words though, because most of the time when someone says they dont want to spend much, they are looking at players in the $50 - $100 range!

I saw 578's at Best Buy for $99.99. I don't think they were open box, they were marked "Clearance".
