Need new CD player! (1 Viewer)

I want to buy a new CD player. Which one would be a good choice for 200-300? SACD isn't really necessary. Decent D/A converter is. Our DVD player broke (Sony DVP crap) and now we're using a Mintek (even crappier) for DVD. It sounds like doodoo for CD audio. I do plan on buying a new DVD player too, but music is a little more important right now.

Definitely consider the Sony 'C222ES. It's a great player for the money. You should be able to get it for around $350 from Oade Bros. (1-229-228-0093 or 1-229-228-4480), J&R Music World (1-800-221-8180), or OneCall (1-800-340-4770), all of which are authorized dealers.
