Need help with name of a movie (1 Viewer)

A suspense thriller/possibly mild-horror from 2006 to early 2008 with a limited release about two brothers who are on a bridge in two different cars and happen to crash into eachother. One brother is a criminal and one is a normal guy. Both go into a coma and the bad brother's soul is transported into his brother's body. He proceeds to pretend that he's his brother and gets with the good brother's girl.

I have'nt seen the movie and only saw the trailer 1 or 2 times. It's just been bugging me for the longest time, I'd appreciate any help!

Maybe if it's solved, we can turn this thread into a gamethread, where we guess a movie name buy a plot.
