Need Help on choosing HT hardware (1 Viewer)

I'm building a 13'w and 21' depth HT room. Plan to have 7.1 channel, drop down stewart screen, front tower speakers, 4 Triad rear speakers,projector, and subwoofer. Room is pre-wired. I got a quote of $60,000 from a specialty installer. Is this a reasonable price? Or should I go with Best Buy Magnolia HT system($29,000). Please help!

Even the $29,000 price sounds outrageous to me. Exactly what do these prices include? You say the room is pre-wired. Is the room already built, drywall, etc?
