Need help identifying a song from a clip (1 Viewer)

I got asked by a friend to help ID a song used as an intro for a British radio program. I've got a clip of it, but nothing else to help. Seeing as how you knowledgeable folk have a pretty wide exposure to the subject, I thought you might like a crack at it.
A clip of the song. Please note that the filename is for the host of the radio program and is unlikely to be related to the song.

If you know that it's a British radio program, and you know the name of the host of the program, you might be able to track down a Web site for the program (or contact the BBC).

I think I've managed to figure it out (with much help). The current suspect is:

I haven't een able to track down a clip of it outside of cdnow.com and that clip is from a different section. But it sounds correct.
