Need a Recommendation for a Portable Player (1 Viewer)

I'll be getting a new widescreen HDTV soon and don't have a player that does progressive output currently. I've also been wanting a portable player, so I thought why not get a single player that can do both.

Here are my qualifications

widescreen display a must
progressive output a must
digital audio out a must
prefer co-ax, because that's what's open on my receiver, but optical will also work
prefer 7"+ display
must be under $300, under $250 preferred

ANy good players that meet these specs, or should I just be getting 2 players?

Finding a portable meeting all those specs and with good picture quality at that price will be difficult. OneCall has an open box Toshiba SD-P2000 and a refurbed SD-P2500 for around $350 each at this link.

I own a SD-P2000. It has a 8.9" screen and wonderful picture quality.
