Most easily remembered for me is Lalo Schifrin's Mission Impossible theme as done by Adam Clayton and Larry Mullen. Two versions of it can be found on one of my favourite soundtrack-compilation discs Mission: Impossible - Music From And Inspired By The Motion Picture.
