Ive noticed at my local bookstore that a few audiobooks are now available on MP3 CDs. It dawned upon me that it would be great if there was a pay site where I could download MP3s of books so that I could listen to them on my ipod.

I did a little searching, and found a website, audible.com that seems to fit the bill, however, most titles seem pretty spendy; between $20-$30.

Is this my best / only option?

http://www.audible.com and feel free to use me as a reference. :)

I've been on the $20/month plan, which gets me two books a month, for years.
