Lord of the Rings: Fellowship of the Ring - 14 times (Might get up to 17-18)
Twister - 10 times
Titanic - 8 times
Lost World: Jurassic Park - 8 times
Jurassic Park - 5 times
Lara Croft: Tomb Raider -4 times
Jay and Silent Bob Strike Back - 3 times

I think "Titanic" & "Fight Club" are the only two films I've seen 3 times in theaters. But, I've seen a lot of movies twice.

I think I never went to a theater more than 5 times to see the same movie. I did it for The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, The Phantom Menace, The Matrix, Independence Day and maybe a few more that I don't remember at the moment.

Recently I've seen 'Lord of the Rings' 3 times which is far more than I usually see a movie at theaters nowadays i.e. once.

When I was younger I would see the same film again and again, 'Jaws' 8-9 times, 'Star Wars' 9-10 times, 'Empire Strikes Back' about 4-5 times, 'Return of the Jedi' 4-5 times.

'Enter The Dragon' is easily the film I've seen more times at the cinema, about 20 times!

But not anymore, now I see a film once and thats it, wait for the dvd.
