Mixed speaker connection denon x2800h (1 Viewer)

Guys, i mixed red / black speaker connection, when my denon started it immediately went off, into protective mode, i reseted and now the connection i flipped has muffle sound, i know is not the speaker because on other connection it works, any hints? Dis i lost that connection?

The first thing to do is swap the connection to both speakers, to see if the other speaker sounds muffled.

Honestly, just reversing the + and - (red and black) connections to the speaker shouldn't send the receiver into protection. It had to be something else causing it. There is a chance that whatever did cause it also damaged that channel. Unfortunately, it could be a major problem.
