Pioneer 535
RCA 5230

Anyone else have problems?

I had problems playing it on my Sony 530. I could get it to load, but twice during the movie, the picture would stutter and the sound would start cutting in and out.

Going to exchange the set today and see if it was just a bad one.

It loads fine on my JVC 723 but starts to pixelate around mid chapter 12 and locks up. Chapter 13 won't play at all but if I start at chap 14 the rest of the movie plays fine. No problems at all on my Toshiba 2106. I was thinking maybe a firmware upgrade for the JVC might fix the problem but the tosh's firmware is about as old as it gets and it has never choked on a disc. Who knows?
