Just caught this last night. It had gotten good reviews on Rottentomatoes so I decided to check it out. I think it's Danny Boyle's first family film and I loved it. Funny and heartwarming without being too sugary. Great sountrack too.
Has anyone else seen this movie?

I can't wait to see it. I kinda like Danny Boyle and his new movie is getting rave reviews, I believe.

I thought it was one of the best family films is years, as has everyone I've lent it to.

guess it depends on the mindset. I wouldn't show it to kids.

Finally caught this on DVD after wanting to see it for a long time and missing it in theaters.

I absolutely loved it. Probably one of the best films I've seen in the past 5 years. Very funny, extremely touching, wonderful message, and great performances from the kids, especially Alex Etel (who reminds me a little bit of my 5-year-old cousin, also named Alex :) ).

People who complain about a lack of good family films in the marketplace should be ashamed to have ignored Millions.

Malcom,

Several parents have complained that the movie was too raunchy for family viewing.

One woman called it "demon pornography." That was a review from the Christian Network.

I read several responses at Amazon, etc.

I have seen this movie. It has a questionable moment or two, but nothing worse than what kids see on Cartoon Network or the local news. Well, the news is much worse, but anyways...

It is a suitable family movie IMO, but it depends on your tastes. If you are easily offended, it would not make good viewing.

Sounds like the typical over-reactive hyperbole from the usual bunch of wingnuts who probably never even watched the film.
