magnetic interference on a RPTV?

    Just wondering can projection tv's be distored from magnetic interference, persay a speaker?

    Potentially they can, but far less so than with a direct-view set. The electronic "guts" of an RPTV tend to be "buried" in a bigger chassis that itself puts distance between the CRTs and electronics from unshielded speaker systems. But, as a rule, it's best to go with shielded speakers in all cases.
