I read on the Digital Bits that Lord of the Rings soundtrack was supposed to arrive on DVD-A, but I didn't find any other information. Anybody got some info about this?
Where on music tap do you see this info? Am I blind? It's in their Oct. 8 post. Here's the exact information they have listed:
DVD-Audio takes a move to the new year for a few titles. The titles affected are:
T-Rex - Electric Warrior - January 13
Brian Wilson - Live at the Roxy - January 13
Fleetwood Mac (both titles) - February 3
Frank Sinatra - September of my Years and F.A.S & A.C.J. - Feb 3
B-52s - Cosmic Thing - February 10
David Crosby - February 10
Graham Nash - February 10
Lord of the Rings - CD/DVD Hybrid - 1st Qtr-2004
Fear not, they will arrive. There's still plenty in the upcoming months to keep us happy.
It's merely a mention but it is the only place I've read about such a release.
