We are finishing our basement and bought a sectional couch. We decided that we are going a different way with colors and black speakers won't look good. Considering getting a set of SVS speakers in white, or maybe the Onix X series in white shadow maple. Can't do anything until I sell this black set though. I will say that I like them much more than my Athena's and more than the HTD speakers I tried a month or so ago. I was worried about them not being super efficient, but my Yamaha RX-v640 has no problems playing them to an uncomfortable level. Any other questions, just let me know. thanks

This is exactly the deal I was looking for, but unfortunately this is just bad timing for me. Got another child due in less than a month. Otherwise I'd be all over this these.

I am sort of curious about the Velcro on the bottom though, can't it be taken off without leaving any marks?
