LG LST-3510A HDTV/DVD Player (1 Viewer)

Can anyone verify if the LG LST-3510A does indeed upconvert DVD's through it's DVI-D connection?

If so, it seems like the steal of the year in home electronics. But I've been unable to actually confirm this through the local high-end dealer or through LG themselves.

Also, If anyone has this, how is the GUI for HDTV reception and set-up?
