Klipsch and Resonado Labs partner on new speaker designs (1 Viewer)

Klipsch and Resonado Labs have announced a strategic partnership to develop a number of Klipsch-branded home audio solutions with integrated tech supplied by the latter. The companies say they will “define the next era of audio” with products designed to deliver high output from compact form factors. Resonado Labs claims its own speaker driver tech can overcome physical limitations of traditional speaker designs by enhancing efficiency, and enabling higher linear excursion and wider dynamics from much smaller cabinets.
“Paul W. Klipsch, in his approach to overcoming the limitations of the existing technology in 1946 by developing his legendary horn load speaker, inspired me to reimagine how a speaker driver could be designed to introduce the next generation to better sound,” says Brian Cho, Founder of Resonado Labs.
