Kenwood HTB504 Discontinued? (1 Viewer)

Someone in another thread said the Kenwood HTB504 is discontinued. It is still on Kenwood's site. Anyone got an "in" with Kenwood? If so, what are they replacing it with?

Kenwood renames their HTB system with a new number every year. They aren't discontinuing the set, they'll just update it with a new reciever and possible some changes to the speakers.

Kenwood's new model line usually releases in the spring, so you should expect the new HTB-505? or whatever number they're up to right after the new 6xx recievers release.

I'm, interested in the new lines coming out this spring for a summer purchase. Then I'll watch the forums and decide if a Boxed theater or component makes sense for me in my very small house and limited budget (
