As stated here, go to Walmart and buy a bag of Polyfill from the crafts area. Unplug the Sony sub (doh!), and lay it speaker side up. Unscrew the speaker and lay it gently off to the side with the wires still attached. Just stuff some polyfill in there around the top, left, and right sides (the empty sides.) I used some spray adhesive in there to help it stick but it's not neccesary. Just don't cover up the port (amp) in the back or the bottom as it can get hot. Gently replace the speaker and screw it back in. Plug it in and enjoy adding $100 of sound to your sub for $1.99
