Yes, it is being released on vinyl (at least in the UK).

hey manny, if you go to vinyl matters, they say that they might take pre-orders. here's what their site says:
"Pink Floyd > Echoes > More details soon but this will be a MAJOR release. A 4-lp "best of" box set limited to only 50,000 vinyl sets worldwide. Not yet sure of the cost but we can be talked into taking preorders!"

just to update this...
vinyl matters has updated their site to say that the "echoes" 4 lp box set will be $57 and that they're taking pre-orders.
