Is Rotel rsp 1066 DAC better than HK 510 (1 Viewer)

I am planning on getting the rotel 1066 preamp to replace my HK 510 receiver I m using as a preamp right now. I wonder if the 1066 will sound better with cd's than my 510.
number comparison between the two DAC doesn't suggest so. Just want to know the opinion of the people in the forum, the preamp will be hooked up to a rotel rmb 1075 amp (I m running a 5.1 system) Any comment is welcome. Thanks.

Negligable. Most likely.

Spending $300 or $400 on a single cd player is probably the best way to ensure better dac performance.
