Inexpensive DVD Player? (1 Viewer)

Requirements:

Single disk
s-video output (am switching through an AVR)
interlaced (Non-HDTV)
DD & DTS transport output via digital coax (am out of digital optical inputs on AVR)
Black box (most cheap players are silver)

Given those rather basic needs, are there any players @$250 that offer any improved picture quality (over S-video), or other niceties that would make me want it over a generic $50 Wal*Mart player? I'm also open to used player suggestions.

Garrett,
Take a look at the Sony DVP-NS575P.

single disc - yes
s-video out - yes
interlaced - no, it's listed as progressive but you can set it up as interlaced. Most are both today.
digital coax output - yes
black box - yes, Sony is one of the few that make both silver and black

You should be able to pick it up for less than $80.
