I have a non-powered in-line amplifier to boost the signal for my dish. Since I put in the local stations will not come in over the air. Obviously it is the amplifier but how can I remedy this? Thanks

My guess is that your OTA is diplexed onto the sat cable before the amp. The amp is blocking your OTA frequencies. Move your antenna diplexer after the amp or remove the amp. If you need more signal strength, either fine tune the aim of the dish or get a bigger dish.

It is about 150 ft. I can see an improvement with the amp in-line. Good pt about the diplexer. I can hadn't given it much though but will try the move. Otherwise i may just take it out. Thanks
