It played in the mid-'90s on either Showtime or The Movie Channel. Basically, a cop is investigating a series of murders at a modeling agency. During the investigation, he begins carrying on an affair with the owner of the agency. Anyway, it turns out that the owner's assistant is the killer, and she is striking back at the cop for killing her brother when her brother was holding up a liquor store.
As for identifying sex scenes, I think the cop and the head of the agency have sex outside in a sleeping bag, and there's one scene where his partner spies on two models, and is then hit by the killer's car when he goes to leave.
It's not a great movie by any stretch, but I was trying to look it up for a specific reason earlier, and I couldn't remember the title. Searching on key terms isn't helping, either.
