"I Am Dina" - official release? Canadian? (1 Viewer)

Interested in the movie I Am Dina starring Gérard Depardieu, and saw this on ebay:

So is this an official Canadian release? I checked amazon.ca, and futureshop.ca. and found nothing. In the slight case this isn't a bootleg, wondering if anyone knows anything about this or where to find it?

I know exactly zero about the movie, but I noticed it yesterday in downtown Toronto, so I suppose it's legitimate.

We got this disc in to street on Tuesday (Windsor, ON). But all indications are it is a full frame transfer. Sorry.
