Just got a response from HSU...actually two emails today. (Good indication of customer service if they are working on Sunday!)
I was thinking of adding a second HSU VTF 2 to fill my large family room. It's almost 5000 cf when considering the kitchen / hallway, etc. I saw a mention of a VTF 3, so I decided to try to find some info.
Here's the specs compared to the VTF 2:
    12" Woofer vs. 10"
    250W vs. 150W
    15x20x22 vs. 16x16x19.5
    Max. Ext. 20Hz vs 25Hz
    Max. Output 25Hz vs 32Hz
(I believe the extension is 20Hz & 25Hz, but it was described as 1220HO and 1225HO)
    Cost: $849 + approx $60 for shipping.
Does this sound twice as good as the VTF 2 for twice the money??
I guess adding a second VTF 2 would solve the output problem, but not the extension limitation of 2 VTF 2's.
Any thoughts about matching a Paradigm 2200 with a VTF 2? This may be a cheaper & faster solution than waiting for the VTF 3.
BTW, they are taking pre-orders & expect to ship by Christmas.

Sounds like another winner from the good doktor!
I'm not sure how it would compare to the VTF-2...Dr. Hsu would be able to anser that better I think.
preorders by xmas? Sounds very cool...I wonder what else might turn up in the woof world by then...
