I did it last Xmas. Excellent. I ordered one from some place in NOLA (about $100), via the net, and it arrived by mail looking for all the world like a frozen head in a styrofoam box. Cooked slow all day, 12 hours at like 120 degrees or something, and by dinner it was AMAZING. One of the best holiday dinners I've ever had. Highly recommended. You will never forget it and everyone will be talking about it for years!
