From an article on CNN.com: the Personal Video Player (PVP)...a doohickey that SonicBlue (ReplayTV) and Intel are teaming up to bring out (4" screen, 10 hours of movies!).
Does anyone know how one gets the videos INTO this thing? I expect it works somewhat like an MP3 player, but I dunno. I haven't seen any details about this thing yet.
It looks cool...if they make a widescreen version, I'll want one instantly! [IMG]

I would hazard a guess it has a firewire-type connection for docking to a PC.

The device was mentioned in a home theater magazine article (sorry, can't remember which publication). It downloads video from SonicBlue (ReplayTV)'s personal video recorder in a similar way that two ReplayTV boxes can share video.

Isn't this more of a hardware question?
