VIEW-
The film may look like another version of BLADE from the east, where there are good and evil vampire. Looks quite boring to some viewers on the plot...but fresh on the special effects,as well as some comedic moments.

Most of the laughs are brought up by the special appearance of JACKIE CHAN as an ambulance driver.
ANTHONY WONG's character as vampire prince caretaker in the film is a little fun. Especially when he does not get used to not sucking human blood, which is ordered by the prince to do so.

The special effects of the film is just as good as some HOLLYWOOD films, slightly better than the LENGEND OF ZU. Though not comparable to those done by reputable studios such as DREAMQUEST,DIGITAL DOMAIN or ILM.

Boring plot, refreshing special effects, light comedy...personally i feel that this film is an acceptable popcorn flick.

FILM SCORE: 2 out of 5

Seen a trailer for this a couple months ago, and it looks kinda cool. Hopefully it at least makes an appearance on DVD over here in the west.

The film will make it to the western market...the only crucial part is on who will be the western rights owner?

The worst fear is that the film rights will fall onto MIRAMAX's hand, which had butchered numbers of film from HK.
