Hitachi 65swx and Panny RP82 and CP72 problem (1 Viewer)

Hey guys been testing these units and have noticed using both players hooked up via component cables a constant "flickering" in different(random)areas of the picture. I have tried various movies using progressive-scan and also interlaced. I find it hard to believe i have 2 defective players,any ideas? I will try one of my older Pioneer dvd players tomorrow and see if it happens with that.

Have you tried changing the video inputs from Vid1 to Vid2, etc? Have you tried replacing the component cable just to be sure?

I have the 57TWX20B, and don't see this problem with my RP82.

Dammit well i have tried 3 different players now,changed from video 1 to 2, different component cables and still the same thing. Looks like i got a defective display grrr.
