I have a Hisense 65U6G (Android interface) with a soundbar connected via the ARC/HDMI port. I've always been able to control the soundbar volume with the TV remote. But the TV updated itself a couple of nights ago. Before the update, the volume control always appeared on the screen as a slider bar with a number, regardless of the source. But ever since the update, whenever I adjust the volume for the soundbar, the TV just displays a generic speaker icon in the lower middle part of the screen. No slider or numbers.
The equipment is working fine, but is there a way to bring back the volume control slider?
