Help me Buy a FlatScreen 27in TV (1 Viewer)

Ok I had a Sony VVega 27inch for about 9 months and it went out. So I bought the Samsung Dynaflat but it had this annoying circular pattern of lines and the screen never really looked clear. So can anyone direct me to a good 27inch flatscreen? I also need to have the squeeze mode. So does Toshiba or Panasonic have the squeeze, if so how do I get into it? I am still unsure if I want to go back to Sony unless it really is the best set.

Your first Samsung was probably just a lemon. Just get another Samsung, and buy an extended warranty with the money you'll save over another brand.

Yeah I am only going to buy my TV from Costco or Best Buy. At Best Buy I will be buying that 4 year warranty. So you think the Samsungs are good then? Anyplace I can find info on how to use the service menu?
