HELP error message on internet (1 Viewer)

I keep getting an error EXPLORER HAS CAUSED AN ERROR IN MSVBVM60.DLL I thought I had the problem solved, when I downloaded a PC DOCTOR ON CALL program....but its doing it again,,,usualy when im on one web page and click on a link to another. Then I get the error. Someone once suggested downloading that file, but im not sure how to unzip it.

Try this, not sure about it solving your problem but it may help if you install the vb6 runtime files.
