Help - DVD Needed for gift (1 Viewer)

I need to get my buddy a DVD for a gift, must be action/adv./susp./thriller.

What newer ones are out there? In all honestly, I see 2-4 movies/week in the theater, so I have no idea what is out on DVD.

I was hoping Die Another Day, but it doesn't look like it...

Any ideas? I'd like to stick to newer (Oh - and he has the extended edition LOTR too) if possible.

The Bourne Identity (the new version with Matt Damon). The perfect "action/adv./susp./thriller" DVD.

Second choice suggestion would be Minority Report.
