HD thanks to a PC? (1 Viewer)

"There are a few PC cards that let you tune in OTA signals also. You can watch them on the monitor or the TV and you can record them. The disadvantage is that you have to keep the PC near the TV."

I am planning on putting a new pc next to new rptv. what is the pc card for tuning in HD, how can I read up on it. thanks

Since you quoted me, I guess I'll give you an answer.
There are two places over at AVS Forums that will answer all of your questions. The Home Theater PC forum will give you info on everything your PC can do in a home theater. And the HDTV Recorders section will give you all of the recording info.
