Anyone currently subscribe to HBO-HD thru a satellite provider. How's the picture quality? With DISH I understand you also get CBS-HD out of New York. If they start showing alot of NFL games next season I think I'll have to invest in the required dish and receiver.

It rocks. As does HDNet [IMG]
HDTV on a 133" screen is amazing. I just got done watching the NCAA tourney in HD, and the Masters will be expanded this year in HDTV to include Amen Corner! Go CBS!

The picture quality of HDO hd is for the most part excellent...A lot depends on the transfer of the program itself..The Patriot last night was absolutly outstanding picture quality..

Is the DD 5.1 always "on" even if the source is essentially DPL? I am watching Star Trek: TMP and the indicator on my Denon shows digital stereo.

So, do the services switch back and forth from DD 5.1 to Digital Stereo?
