I'd like to start a discussion about the rare pickpocket movie entitled "Harry in your Pocket" (1973) directed by Bruce Geller, the creator of the original "Mission: Impossible". The story makes reference to the theme of pickpocket (see Robert Bresson's philosophical "Pickpocket") but treated with a Basil Dearden's "League of Gentlemen" approach combined with a study on con men through an initiatory quest of a rookie. It stars James Coburn, Walter Pidgeon, Trish Van Devere and Michael Sarrazin.
The music is by Lalo Schifrin who used to be in charge of "Mission: Impossible" too.
The movie was on TCM and is available at Amazon but only on VOD and it deserves a DVD edition with subtitles and a trailer.
If you're interested in movies like "The Sting" (1973), it's for you.
