Got new Wega and need to know about Red Push and SVM... (1 Viewer)

Hey, I just got a new KV-32FS12 Wega today. I always here people on boards talking about how they disabled red push and how SVM is bad...
Well I don't know what any of those terms mean or what there functions are. If someone could explain these to me and show me how to disable them then that would be awesome. Thanks.

If you go to the setup menu, you will find the ability to change SVM to off, low, or high for any one of the four "modes" (Movie, Vivid, Sports, Standard).
Go ahead and judge for yourself, but I ended up turning SVM off in all 4 modes. For one thing, it screws up any text on the screen, like Weather forecasts.
