do they have a 6.1 channel dvd player if so were and how much?

if not i am looking for a dvd player for my denon 2802 budget is 250

I've never seen a 6.1 player. The only 6.1 I've seen is the processor that extracts the information from the rear channels of a 5.1 mastered soundtrack (THX EX) or a rear center is piggy backed on the bitstream (via DTS ES Discrete 6.1). No special player is needed, the receiver does the work; you do need to use the digital output of the player, though.

With your receiver, you do not need a DVD player with 6.1 decoding, even if they did exist. This capability is built into the Denon that you have. You would just need a DVD player connected to your receiver with a digital connection and a movie that takes advantage of DTS ES (Matrix or Discrete) or DD 6.1 Matrixed. This is all assuming that you have a rear center speaker in your home theater already.
