Ghost on TH42PX25U/P (1 Viewer)

Recently had professional installation of this Panasonic HD display. Has not yet been adjusted with DVD alignment disc.

In watching all forms of media (HDTV, regular broadcast video and DVD), there is a slight green ghost - about 6-7 inches in height which progresses from the bottom of the screen to the top and cycles over again. All cables are firmly connected to the Yamaha 2500 A/V receiver. Pinnacle speakers mounted on both sides of the display as well as about 2-inches under for the center.

Any one experienced a similar problem? Solutions before the Panasonic technical repair team disassembles my installation?

Does it go away when you hook devices directly to the display????
