Getting the most out of my System (1 Viewer)

Hello all,

I am new to this posting business so take it easy please.

Anyways, I have an

Onkyo SR604
Samsung T260
Samsung 931BW (2nd monitor)
HTPC (with a TV tuner)
JBL Floorstanding, Sub12, Voice, Arena surrounds

I have it all in approximately a 12x8 room (really small I know)

I think all I really need to do is use the Audessy EZ setup with mic from Onkyo to get the most out of that, but any suggestions on connections? Right now I'm using optical audio from computer to receiver. My main concern is that it takes me up to 65 volume for it to be kind of loud and when watching blu-ray movies it's almost 75. Any suggestions?
