    hi all,
i have ONE kt-lcr thx certified speaker by klipsch in the medium oak finish. it was a store demo purchased just over a year ago from a local klipsch dealer. according to the dealer it had been used very sparingly and then boxed up for some time. he had only recently found it again in his storage room. as much stuff as this guy had, that seems believable. as far as my history with it is concerned, i have used it exclusively as a center speaker with not a single problem or complaint. i have the slim manual which came with it, but not the original box. it has a black grill cover with the klipsch/thx logo still attached. it has gold plated binding posts. overall the appearance and condition are excellent - one small nick on the back left. i am only selling it now due to the upgrade fever i have contracted. here's the specs from klipsch: FREQUENCY RESPONSE: 65Hz-20kHz±3dB SENSITIVITY: 95dB @ 1watt/1meter POWER HANDLING: 100 watts maximum continuous (425 watts peak) NOMINAL IMPEDANCE: 8 ohms ENCLOSURE TYPE: Sealed DRIVE COMPONENTS: Two-way system using one 1" (2.54cm) magnetically shielded, polymer dome compression driver tweeter with a 90°x60° Tractrix® Horn and two 6.5" (16.51cm) magnetically shielded, poly cone woofers TWEETER: K-90-KV 1" (2.54cm) Polymer dome compression driver HIGH FREQUENCY HORN: 90°x60° Tractrix® Horn HIGH FREQUENCY CROSSOVER: 2400Hz WOOFER: Two K-1006-KV 6.5" (16.51cm) Poly cones DIMENSIONS (H x W x D): 23.25" (59.1cm) x 11" (27.9cm) x 10" (25.4cm) WEIGHT: 31 lbs. i also have ONE cerwin-vega lw-12 150watt subwoofer. i purchased it new, and have used it in my home theater set-up for just over a year now with no problems or complaints. there are no scuffs or scrapes that i can see. the grill cover is in excellent shape, with no snags or tears. i have the manual but not the original box. here's the specs from cerwin-vega: frequency range: 30hz -150hz power: 150watts driver: 12" High Efficiency Woofer/ Diecast Aluminum Frame crossover: Continuously variable from 40 - 120 Hz @ 18 dB/ octave polarity: 0 or 180 degrees user selectable subsonic filter: 18 dB/ octave below 30 Hz voltage: 115 Vac dimensions: 19.5" x 14" x 17.3" (49.5cm x 35.6cm x 44cm) weight: 60 lb. / 27.3 kg finish: Black woodgrain vinyl.
    Price $200.00 plus shipping
the kt-lcr is 31lbs - with packaging, it comes very close to 33lbs. the lw-12 is 60lbs - and with packaging, comes close to 63lbs. both would be shipped UPS, so as to have a tracking number, from zip 38671 - in case you want to figure the shipping.
