Free Best Buy Rewards Card in L.A. area (1 Viewer)

I went to the Best Buy in Porter Ranch at the North end of the San Fernando Valley (yeah, the one you've been seeing in all the fire stories) and asked them about the Best Buy Rewards Card. They said that just in their store they are giving a free one year membership to judge people's interest in it. Nothing to buy, they just sign you up. Thought I'd let y'all know.

Yea, that's great(read sarcasm). I was in the Maple Grove, MN store and a lady approached me with the card. I immediatley said "Yea. It's great that your giving them away to Californians but can't give your home state a bone!" Her reply "Well we're not doing that anymore. You shouldn't hold a grudge." I said "I know, but I will.". I figured they were still giving them away. I'll have to bring this to her attention next time I stroll in. Oh....and she was a cutie!!
