...how many DVD versions of this movie are there. Looking on Ebay, I see a different cover than that of the Anchor Bay release. Is there a second one on the market, or are these bootleg releases?

Um, what he probably means is that there is only one real version. The Anchor Bay version, and his comment would be on the quality of that version.
