DVDSoon: How is their service?

    I'm considering doing business with them and wondering if I should.

    I also want to know, especially on returning defect products. On their web pages they make it almsost look like it's your fault if there's something wrong with the DVD. Thanks.

    Can't answer the question about defective products, but I did order the Smallville DVD from them. Got it in a reasonable amount of time. They charged my card upon order (not a problem -- I try not to order anything unless I already have the $ to pay for it). DVD arrived in bubble wrap package, which was okay. If they had a great deal on something I wanted, I'd order again.
