Digital Streaming Travel Question (1 Viewer)

I understand the digital code numbers can only be redeemed in the country where the dvd or blu ray was purchased. I also understand if I download instead of stream a movie it is mine to use anywhere. My question is once a code is redeemed is the movie available to me for streaming anywhere in the world or only in the country where I redeemed code?

Streaming is mostly going to be locked to the originating country, but it may depend on which service you're using. I believe iTunes will work anywhere, but most other services won't.
