Denon 2805 remote question (1 Viewer)

I have a denon 2805 receiver and am having a problem with the remote

I use a sony 300-disc CD changer, and cannot change discs using the Denon 2805's remote

There is an button on the remote called "Disc Skip +", but it does not move to the next disc as expected...... the player seems to be wanting me to input a disc number (flashing cursor inside square brackets) - the problem is I cannot input a disc number because the numeric keys are not accessible with the remote in CD Mode....

Does anyone know how/ if I can skips discs using the 2805 remote?

not to worry - i just used the remote's learning function to fix it!

having said that, i'd actually prefer to be able to input the disc number as 300 discs is a lot to go through when you can only jump in one direction...

my mx-500 remote arrives soon, so maybe that will be the fix i need
