deliver plasma on its side? (1 Viewer)

this is probably a simple question, but an associate sold a plasma w/out the pedastool off of the floor, and we (presumably) have to load it into a customer's car on its side. is this safe for a plasma? we'd rather not have a $4500 hit, so any info would be greatly appreciated. thanks. greg

I've always heard, Plasmas must be shipped 'on edge.' NEVER FLAT.

Of course, falling over is very bad, too.
