Controlling My Sub (1 Viewer)

I am sure that the answer to my question is very simple. Here goes...

Is there any way I can automtically turn my sub on when I turn my receiver on? :b

A goodly number of modern subs come with the AUTO-ON feature that goes into standby after a period of no signal. A green LED goes to red or vice versa. These subs are left on like this 24/7.

If you have a simple plate amp and no AUTO-ON, do not, I say again, do not plug this into your amplifier's switched outlet convenience plug: it draws too much juice.

So, whaddya got?
