Classical fans: Any of you subscribe to Gramophone magazine? (1 Viewer)

The subscription rate for this bugger is pretty steep, so I was wondering if it's worth it. I know about the sampler CD with every issue, and I'm impressed with the quality of the writing on their website and in their Gramophone Classical Good CD Guide 2002.

My father has subscribed to magazines like this and I have looked at them. If you are the type that likes all genres of classical music and likes to keep up with the latest releases, then these types of magazines are great.

For me, I like certain orchestras and certain styles. To me, these kind of magazines are interesting, but I wouldn't get my monies worth.
